Every class is labeled by level, so you always know where you belong, and modifications are offered throughout.
Basics Level
Ideal forNew clients, returning students, or anyone focusing on foundational technique.
Builds a strong Pilates foundation through essential exercises, fundamental movement patterns and proper alignment. The pace is controlled and accessible, helping you gain confidence, body awareness and familiarity with the equipment. Modifications are always offered, and safety is the top priority.
Intermediate Level
Ideal forClients with a consistent practice who are ready for more challenge and progression.
Introduces a wider range of movement patterns, increased spring variations and more complex transitions. You should already have a working knowledge of Pilates principles and equipment. Classes emphasize flow, endurance and core strength while maintaining strong technique and alignment.
Proficient Level
Ideal forExperienced practitioners with strong body awareness, coordination and control.
Designed to challenge even seasoned clients with faster-paced transitions, advanced exercises and a deeper mind-body integration. You should be able to self-modify when needed and maintain control under load, tempo and intensity.
