We welcome individuals of all ages at Core Pilates. However, minors must have written consent from a parent or guardian to participate.

Start with CORE Foundations or any Basics-level class. They introduce essential movements in a safe, structured setting, and modifications are always offered so you can build confidence at your own pace.

Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in, grip socks for equipment work, and a water bottle. Grip socks and essentials are available in our CORE Collective retail area.

Easily through the Core Pilates CT app (free on the App Store and Google Play) or the online schedule. You can book, cancel and manage your membership anytime.

Yes! CORE Elite offers 30 and 55-minute private sessions with Master, Junior or Apprentice instructors, in one-on-one, duet or small-group formats tailored to your goals.
